Cultivation system: Guyot (5,000 plants per hectare)

Hervest: early October, harvested by hand into small wooden baskets
Vinification: maceration in contact with the skins for six - eight days with some pumping over. Bottled after a few months of refinement
Alcohol content: approximately 13-14° % vol.
Colour: full red colour with intense granite hues
Nose: elegant, delicate with a background of rose, Marasca cherry and raspberry, which evolves into pleasant musk-type hints as it ages
Palate: soft, fresh and filled with content, festive happiness
Serving suggestions: an excellent wine for pasta and rice dishes, white meats, poultry, cured meats and polenta
