PRUNING	Guyot
SOIL	Calcareous / clayey
CULTIVATION	The vineyards are grown without the use of chemical fertilizers, herbicides, or systemic products
HARVEST	End of September/beginning of October
VINIFICATION	Soft and slow pressing of the grapes, maceration for 4/5 days and racking
AGING	At least 6 months in steel tanks and at least 6 months in the bottle
COLOR	Deep red with intense garnet reflections
TASTING NOTES	Elegant, delicate with a background of rose, morello cherry and raspberry evolves into pleasant musky scents with aging. Fresh and bringer of festive cheer
